Free sims expansion pack bug??

I was redownloading all my packs (I had 4 in total, 3 expansion and 1 kit) because I had taken out the disk and deleted the game. There was the checklist of my packs I wanted to redownload and I pressed them all and played Minecraft while I waited for them all to download. They all did but I decided to wait a bit to finish what I was working on in Minecraft. Out of nowhere, I get the pop up saying "Sims 4 Get to Work is installed" and I got super confused. Inside it the game it had acted like I bought it. I went to my bank account and none of my money was taken out. I'm the only card saved to my Xbox. I didn't even pick Get to Work at all, I never really wanted it at all. It's just so random. I guess there was some sort of bug and it picked a random expansion pack?? I'm so confused because I just got a free expansion pack I never wanted? Has anyone else had this issue?
