I heard this was an ongoing issue on console and recently it was fixed. However, every time I open my gallery, it says “no results found” and “reset pack filters” all the time. I can’t look up anything, and if I click on a lot, my game freezes completely which forces me to close my game. I’m extremely frustrated, especially since this was a known issue and has been “fixed.”

It is a known issue it wasn't fixed the issue for cas was recently fixed the gallery issue is still being investigated i believe
I'm also having the same issue. I have to restart the game every time.
Same things been happening to me the past year, a lot of people say its because my ea account isn't linked or that I'm offline. But I literally can't turn myself online anyways because there's no option for it anymore??
