Gallery on Xbox not working?
Hi all. My gallery has disappeared on my Xbox series X and not just says “Library.” I have no access to any online features, including the current event happening. I have relinked my account many times, restarted the game, even restarted my Xbox, and also completely reinstalled the game. None of this has worked at all. I reached out to customer service the other day and they just sent me here to ask for help.

From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.
