The gallery is just broken right now. It often tells me nothing can be found and to reset my packs. And whenever I can use it it says I don’t own the packs (I own all game, expansion and stuff packs and most of the kits) and removes the items even if I press the pack in question it says owned on the market place?
Having the same issue on XBOX ONE. It keeps saying I don't have the Holiday Celebrations pack which was a free addition ages ago. It's installed and the marketplace says I have it and that it's installed, but it still erases the CAS items once I'm out of create-a-sim whenever I try to use them, despite being available in CAS. It's really annoying. And despite the hot fix, the gallery still soft locks 50% of the time.
I have low expectations of The Sims 4 Team to actually resolve this considering the fact that 24 days after you posted. I'm still experiencing this issue
