Gallery Save Error

Everytime I have attempted to save a lot to my gallery, (Xbox One btw) I get the same exact message. "Timed out during upload. Please check internet connection or try again in a minute." This has been happening for about 3 months now, NOTHING that i have done has worked. Not even clearing the cache, freeing up storage space by deleting lots and families, literally nothing. There is no pending update for my game, I am connected to the internet, and I use no mods or cc that would cause an error or mishap. I play totally base game, only a few packs. Help!!! How can I save all my beautiful builds :/
