Gallery with Xbox Game Pass

Hi!

I can’t access the gallery from my Xbox Serie X.

i tried to install the game from microsoft store (now that it’s free), but it seems to be installed from Xbox Game Pass so i can’t log in with my origin account and can’t see the gallery.
Gallery is only available for people who bought the game ?

    You won't be able to access the online features unless your gamertag is linked with your EA account. 

    If you're being prompted to reset the password though, it sounds like the gamertag is already linked to an account- you'll just want to be sure you're resetting the password for the correct account. You can check if you're on the correct EA account by looking over your Connected Accounts here. If you don't see your gamertag listed there under connected accounts, it means you're on the wrong EA account.

    Hi there @haleytremonttblr,

    The Gallery is available for everyone- even on the free version of the game. 

    Is your Xbox gamertag currently attached to your EA account? You can check for that by following the steps here

  • When i try to link my account in game,  it says i need to reset my password 🤷🏻‍♀️
    And I only see my local library, no gallery button like on PC (i usually play on PC i have all DLC).

    In the Option i can’t see online option also.
