Game Crashes When Saving/Saving + Exiting Game

I use the Ps5 and this has been happening for around a month or two now. It’ll show the “Saving…” prompt with the loading icon and then crash before the save is completed, showing the whole “your game has encountered an error” with the option to add an attachment and submit and report, yada yada.

This has happened to me most often when specifically trying to “save and exit”, but this also happens quite often when I try to save on its own. My games have also crashed mid-gameplay but only once or twice. 

This has happened so often now that I’m finally getting into the habit of manually saving as I play, specifically for this reason, which is kinda poopy. I have made a new save file, I have rebuilt my database, I have deleted the sims, restarted my console and reinstalled it, nothing’s worked. I’m hoping a fix can be made soon because it’s really been discouraging me from playing 😩
