Game crashing after saving

Ever since the update that happened on November 4, 2025, every time i save my game it crashes shortly after. I saved my game earlier and went to use the restroom - i came back and it was on the main screen of my console? On top of that, the game that i saved never saved to my console.  That’s happened twice today. Idk if anyone else is experiencing this issue on console but it’s reoccurring. I cannot get my game to save properly on top of it crashing constantly. I do not have mods, I’m a console player - Xbox
