Game crashing when trying to save or leave lots

I play on PlayStation 5 and my game keeps crashing constantly when I try to save or leave lots

its happening so frequently I’m starting to get really frustrated, I’m on a ps5 pro and granted I have most of the packs but this constant lag and crashing is absolutely disgusting at this point, how can I get it sorted or get ea or the sims team to actually stop this from happening so frequently???
