Game data incomplete

Hi, I opened the game and loaded in. It took me to the worlds page and shows that I don’t have any packs but they are owned. I don’t want to lose anything. Please help!

    Hiya @Ninjasunflower12 

    Let's be sure your content is all fully installed to your console with the following steps.

    If you play on Xbox, try this:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're on PlayStation, please use these steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
