I don’t know what happened but my game deleted everything. My save files, the sims I’ve made, the buildings I’ve made and saved. All gone. I start over from scratch and save just for everything to be deleted again next time I play. My game is genuinely unplayable because it deletes all my progress every time I play it.
Are you on Xbox? If you are there is a outage for Xbox services still going on that causes issues with games not loading properly or loading at all. I'm going to be off for the night so hopefully with the info if you replay the cm should be able to confirm this.
Yeah I am on Xbox. It started after the Xbox had its update. Could that be the reason? Do I have to wait it out or do I have to buy a new console?
The xbox outage is fixed but since the issue got migrated here I understand your issue now. It's related to this bug with auto saving overriding main saves when loading from auto saves. Read the work around. No you don't have to buy a new console.
