Game installed twice on PS5?

    @rejcberi 

    Okay, if both versions look the same, I'd recommend reaching out to PlayStation support so they can take a more in-depth look at the entitlements on your account and see why you've got 2 versions showing here. We wouldn't have access to look into your PlayStation entitlements or the content you've got on your PSN account to see what these 2 versions are, but PlayStation can look into this a bit further with you.

Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of the two different versions of the base game that you're seeing in your game library?

    @rejcberi 

    If you select both tiles of The Sims 4 from the main menu of your console, and go to "..." are you seeing an option to Select Version? Is one version showing as the EA Play Edition?

      Yes, I have the “Select version” option. They both seem to be just standard editions; when I click “...” it offers me the EA Play edition (I don’t have EA Play therefore I’m unable to get it).
