Game is showing to be up to date but no new content

Question

I play on Xbox and my game is showing to be up to date however none of the new content is showing. I’ve restarted my game and console multiple times, I’ve gone to the menu in game to download new content but it says nothing is there. My console is up to date and it is not showing any option to update my game. Can anyone help please? Its making me not want to play as I know I’m missing all of the new stuff!

Hey there,
Do you have the SDX downloads enabled in your game settings? From the in-game settings, head to the Sims Delivery tab -&gt; check "Automatically Download"
You'll need to restart your game after installing the SDX in order to see the content.&nbsp;

I’ve checked that multiple times there is nothing to download and I have the new event so I don’t know why the new objects are nowhere to be found!&nbsp;
