same thing has happened to me, if this isnt resolved soon i will need a full refund as sims is not a cheap game to invest in, months of play and i cant afford to loose it all!

that update forum dont do nothing, none of them options are on my xbox console, somebody needs to upload a step by step video on how to fix this problem, ever since the new update everything has crashed!

@Numee2020 There isn't a fix currently, the First post details how to report crashing you are seeing and where. If you need further instructions please let me know what step or thread you are having issues with.
