Game keeps freezing/crashing

This game has been such a pain and I’ve only had it for 5/6 days. It freezes CONSTANTLY. I see it’s happening to hundreds of other people too. Admit it’s a software problem and not an issue with the cache on the system. It locked up so bad, that I tried to save my daughters game and it saved over my own personal game, talk about a bad mood.... I only get to enjoy playing PS games over Christmas break with my kids. Being a lifelong fan of Sims, I was ecstatic to play, but left very disappointed. Fix this issues or my money is no longer being spent on your games.

    Hi!
    Please tell us which game you're talking about. You're in the Sims forums but in "Other The Sims Games". It sounds like you're playing on PS but you have not stated which version of PS 🙂

    PS2:

    The Sims, the first game? Or The Sims Bustin' out / The Urbz: Sims in the city?

    The Sims 2 was also released for PS2?

    PS3:

    The sims 3 was released for this, but The Sims 3 has their own forum

    PS4:

    The Sims 4 was recently released for this, and also have their own forum.

    If you have a problem with the two latter, please state which one so that this thread can be moved to the right forum 🙂
    Maybe there are some tips there also on how to fix it?
    (I play on PC so I can't do much more, but if you're in the right forum, people who understand your platform will read the message)

    Im a fan of ur games but im disappointed with the issues on the sims 4 on the ps4. Its brand new i dont have internet on my console but the gane came with an update good so far... play it for couple of hours build muy house and 3 sims in it place 3 beds 3 tvs pne full badthroom one full kitchen one full living room.... the first crash i had was because not enough space on the console okay i deleted 2 games from my console problem solved stared again my sims are watching tv on their own tvs but when i try to change the channel from one of the tv it freeze... stared again and try to do it again it happen again. Stared again as soon the game stares i moved my sim somewhere else to keep it away from crashing but 5 m later it crash im like what the heck i was mad. Okay i thought i may be bad data so i deleted and instaled again but the problem persists....still there... oh if u wandering about internet updates yeah i dont have internet but i took it to my friend house and up date the game and it still happening...
