- I am not sure if I am signed into the correct account. I only have the one account. Receiving no error code, it acts perfectly normal. I am online for sure. Could it have to be with using cheat codes?

- @Tiffany4468 Do you have the maximum number of saves already on your console? The limit is 10 Sims 4 saves total.
- @PoptartJuniper Nope, just the one. It's a brand new game. Which is why i am puzzled.
