Game Setting Options Incorrect?
So sorry I accidentally posted this in the mac forum first. Anyways. So I just bought Pets. I was told there was a way to turn off pets aging in the game options, and looking online told me to Op...
It should come under the blanket option for "Auto aging" for played households in the gameplay settings tab, that will stop your pets from aging up but if you turn that off it will also stop your played sims from auto aging. There is a specific setting for animal aging that came with Cottage Living but that's just for chickens/cows and other livestock. The other option is to buy age up/age down treats from the vending machine at the vet clinic and you can also make them yourself by raising the vet skill by using the medicine crafting bench until you can make them. Being focused helps raise the vet skill quicker 🙂
