Hello, recently since the November update and release of new game pack add one, I haven’t been able to get passed the blue loading screen in Sims 4 for Xbox Console. I haven’t already tried all the troubleshooting steps of restarting the console, deleting the saved data, disconnecting from network which just kicks me out completely and uninstalling/reinstalling game. I haven’t been able to play Sims for over a month now.

Are you stuck on the blue loading screen, is your game crashing, or are you getting an error code?
i’m also having this issue. personally i just get to the last loading screen after selecting a save and it stops loading when the bar is about 80% full. i’ve left it for long amounts of time and tried many times for probably about a month and it just refuses to open no matter what i do.
Sans issue for me: currently stuck in blue loading screen this is after restarting several times because game kept crashing while trying to save- ps5
Sorry for very delayed response, Im stuck on the blue loading screen. And trust me Ive done it all for every possible troubleshoot even to point of permanently deleting my save to try to load game. This is from four hours and counting of waiting on Feb 27-28, 2026 trying to load game again.
