Gameplay options is grayed out on Ps5

I cannot access the gameplay options at all on my Ps5. It's always grayed out & I have tried everything. While in an active game the only way I can even get back to the menu is to save the current ga...

Hi there @BlissSims,

Have you got the most recent SDX installed on your console?

We'll also want to be sure your game is fully up to date with the steps here. If that doesn't sort the issue for you, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well.
