Get to work

It’s telling me I’m missing this when I try and load my saved game. But it was installed. So went to uninstall and reinstall and it’s saying I don’t own it now! It wants me to subscribe to game pass ultimate but I bought the dlc? And I own the game! I’m not sure what to do???? I don’t want game pass ultimate it’s too expensive and I can’t play my game that I paid for
