Gf lost adons

So recently we lost are adons on sims4 and we play on ps4/5 anyways it gave us a report and my gf not knowing what it could've done she click report and it transferred through and we comw back on and all are addons roughly 200$ worth gone and we tried everything so where do we try asking and how do we get it back

    Hi TuffDolphin​ 

    First, let's be sure the content is all fully installed to your console:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

     

    If your packs are showing as unowned here and you're not able to install them, you'll want to verify that you're logging into the same account you had originally purchased your packs on by reviewing your transaction history on your console.
