Grey llama on apartment

Twin oracle point is broken in my game!!! For a very long time now this lot has been broken for me. A while back when I had less expansion packs I places a build there that was a restaurant venue, keeping in mind I did not have dine out. I was new to the game at the time so I didn’t realise that I didn’t have this venue since I was playing base game. Ever since then I have not been able to access this lot, when I try to edit this build my game stay on the plumbob loading screen and I have to turn off my console, so I tried placing a new lot from the gallery instead and it gives me this message “This game failed to load. Error Code: 801. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.” When I hover my controller over the lot it doesn’t say the lot type, it says the name of the build and the size that’s it. I have seen people say to start a new save and then go back to your current save but I am playing on console and I honestly don’t know how saves work, I’ve been playing the same save for years. No mods no cc please help!
