@Lymiria_X is your console online and your Online Social features enabled in your Game Options and your EA account connected? If it is and the event isn't showing up when it's supposed to, there's a bug report here:
You can join it by clicking Me Too on the first post on page 1 and by adding a reply with your information if you'd like to do so.
Edit: the bug reports have just been reorganised and here are the new ones to report Reaper Event issues depending on which of these affects your game:
