This honestly sucks I literally cried I'm a die hard sims fan since I was a kid. Glad I'm not the only one though so hopefully it's resolved soon

download the playstation app on your phone. From there you should be able to find growing together, and then it gives you the option to start the download

  @Kennab1695 I can’t download the app on my phone can’t seem to find it in AppStore, only for fifa and ufc EA… I’ve still not got the game either, so upsetting.

    Are you still only seeing an option to purchase Growing Together in the PlayStation Store?
    
    Please check your game library on your console as well following these steps to see if you can install Growing Together:
    
    Restore the licenses on your console
    
    Go to your Game Library
    
    Scroll to Your Collection
    
    Select The Sims 4
    
    Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    
    Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    
    When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
