So I purchased it this morning and it's now 3:30ET and then it says it downloaded but it immediately downloaded no time at all and then it says installed but I don't have it. So I uninstall it and re install it. Nothing. I have got a message that it requires an update and that Xbox can't access it right now. Try again later. ?? This sucks. First time ever buying a pack and not being able to download it 😒

    OKAY YOU ALL I WORKED IT OUT FOR XBOX
    so you need a device with chrome on it.
    search up microsoft store
    find growing together
    click 'download to'
    check your xbox has remote features enabled
    click download to xbox
    VOILA

I've been trying to resolve this daily. It's now Tuesday evening and my game wont give the option to download despite saying I already own the pack. Why can't I get ahold of an actual person to speak to for help about a refund?!?
