Hard locking and saying I do not own packs I do own.

Xboxseriersx long time player. I am rage quitting! I am so completely upset! I cannot download my own Sims or created lots! I have uninstalled the game 3 times, and re-installed. Cannot uncheck boxs...

Hi there PepperStark77 issues with purchased packs saying they're not owned/installation problems is a matter for Xbox Support as Xbox content is purchased from Microsoft. Here's a link to check your Xbox purchase history and it has a live chat option there to speak to them directly. They're pretty helpful in my experience.
