Hardcore lagging Sims 4 xbox1

I have been experiencing heavy lag when I sometimes start the game or when I'm a couple of hours in. I haven't been really playing it because of the issue.i have no mods but I do have a lot of the DLCs and I also have the sim count set below recommended to 80 to see if that helped, but it doesn't seem like it did.build mode experiences heavy lag sometimes as well, but both live and build I sometimes get lucky when I pause the game and it fixes for like 30 minutes.please fix this or tell me how to.preferablly with my add-ons still on the game.       Thanks
