Having a hard time saving game gives me error code

I think it’s my ps4 pro. I had gotten stuck being frozen in the sims 4 and I had to unplug it so it’s been giving me problems since freezing, game corruption, safe mode loop, I contacted Sony after I attempted to fix it, they gave me tips that I have yet to try because I’ve been working. Any suggestions
