How did you do it? xbox has cloud save as well but I don't know how to rewrite it
@lionylynx Xbox does have a cloud save feature, but it overwrites each time you make a save if you are online. This happens automatically.
The Xbox cloud is for using your saves across multiple consoles as a convenience feature, not as a form of backup.
You can try deleting the local only save and seeing if the previous save is downloaded onto your console.
