Household Not Loading

I am a ps5 player and all day I have been unable to access my save file as it keeps getting stuck on a portion of the loading bar. I can access the manage world section and such but not live mode.

I have tried restarting my game and console, restoring my license, moving sims between houses, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing has worked.

I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and I would like to be able to actually play it especially after working hard on my save file.

I cannot find any fixes on my end.
