Households not saving to library.
I'm not able to save any households to my library. I keep getting a an error message that says there was a problem saving household to my library!! Please help!!!. I've reported this problem about 30...

@brittanyysierraa Are these households you have created, or households you downloaded from the gallery?

Are you able to save them if you quit the game, restart your console and then relaunch the game? What is the error you are receiving? Can you post a screenshot of the error?
Um yeah i would say so. I changed the sim count from unlimited back to 200 but that was in December.
i apologize i didnt see all your questions. No i can't save them if i quit. I've done a hard reboot of my xbox, cleared the reseved space a few times. I will have to take a screenshot of it. Im waiting for the main menu to load now.
- @PoptartJuniper Im still at the loading screen. Its been loading for about 10 mins now. Im trying to get a screen shot of the error code before i go to work.
