Households not saving to library.
I'm not able to save any households to my library. I keep getting a an error message that says there was a problem saving household to my library!! Please help!!!. I've reported this problem about 30...

@brittanyysierraa Do you have a lot of households saved already?
Are you able to save them if you quit the game, restart your console and then relaunch the game? What is the error you are receiving? Can you post a screenshot of the error?
@PoptartJuniper This is the exact error message i get.

Let's give a few things a quick try to see if it improves your ability to save and load your game.
Firstly, let's check for updates both for your Xbox One, and for your The Sims 4.
Next, let's see if there's an unaffected backup save on the cloud for us to try. You can find how to manage your Xbox One cloud game saves here.
Another method is to see if autosaving helps you get in and out of your game.
- From your game, wait for a major action to complete, such as getting a new job - This should autosave your game
- Open the game menu
- Select Manage Worlds
- Select Just Go to Manage Worlds
- Press Start again and select Exit to Main Menu
- Select Load Game
- Select the Autosave to load back into your game
