Houses and places deleted

Hi, I play on Xbox and since I came back from holidays (three days ago), many houses and shops/bars/places have just disappeared. I didn’t deleted them, I didn’t touch a thing, they just disappeared. What’s odd is that the families are still there. Even the apartments disappeared, and I can’t built news ones because my sims will not be able to enter it (I tried everything). There are even some places that I can’t visit anymore.

please help me, I don’t want to lose my save, I had it for so many years

I don't want to disappoint you, but it's highly likely that this is the end of your save file. This issue occurs on all platforms, and the cause of the corruption is hard to pinpoint because it can be triggered by several different things. One thing is certain: once your save starts getting corrupted, it won't stop. I'm sorry—the same thing happened to me in the past. All I could do to try and prevent the problem from recurring was to stop using residential rentals and to enable `bb.moveobjects on` whenever I placed a lot from the Gallery. Also, when placing a non-residential lot (like a gym), I change the lot type before placing it. So far, everything has been fine for a few months. However, my solution might work for you, or it might not; it's a bit of a gamble.
