If you scroll to the bugs with For Rent you might find some bug reports matching your issues. If you find a matching report just go to the first post on page 1 and click Me Too on the first post on that bug report and add a reply if you'd like to do so. You also might find some tips and workarounds too and by replying you'll be kept up to date with fixes, etc as long as you've subscribed to replies on AHQ.

I've had loads of problems with For Rent. I found one tip that helped me was to play as the tenant, at least at first and move in to a unit using the phone. When I moved a tenant in any other way absolutely nothing worked. I also had to turn off events in Game Options because they were really problematic for me. I do enjoy the other elements of the pack but the actual rental system was quite buggy and I'm sure will improve over time as players report bugs.
