How do I edit a sims appearance using a ps4 controller?

Are you looking to change their physical appearance? These steps should help:

1. To open the cheat text box: press L1, L2, R1 and R2 at the same time. 
2. To enable use of cheats: type 'testingcheats on' into the cheat box
3. To change their physical appearance: type the cheat 'cas.fulleditmode' into the cheat box. Then press the X and O button simultaneously on the sim you'd like to change. It'll bring up the 'Modify in CAS' option and you'll open CAS from there.
