When I first started playing the sims 4, I played from my PC. Now I have a ps4 but all the packs I bought and used say that I don't own them. I had most of the expansion packs and a few smaller ones. It says I'm playing on the same account but its only given me the base game. My EA account is linked and I can see old saves I used in my Gallery. Is there any way for me to restore my packs?

Hey there Mountfade

As the EA app and PlayStation use separate storefronts, you aren't able to transfer your content between the two platforms. You'd need to purchase your packs separately for your PlayStation.
