How to resize objects on console

Hey, has anybody figured out how to use move objects after they changed the controls on the console versions? It used to be that I could hold both triggers and push up or down to size things up or down, but it doesn't work anymore. Any suggestions?

  • Hi @Chomper857,

    If you're looking to resize objects, you'll hold down LT + RT for Xbox, or L2 + R2 for PlayStation and then press the Left or Right button on the D-pad.

    The up and down button on the D-pad will raise or lower objects.

  • Ok so I think I figured it out lol. What your going to do is first grab and object and freely rotate it. Then copy an item, you don't actually have to place it but get into that mode, then hit the back button. Then you should be able to resize it without having the search bar show up. There might be an easier way to do it, but its what works for me. Also this is on play station. It should work for xbox

    @Skist2006

    If the search bar is popping up when you're trying to resize items or when you have an item selected in Build/Buy mode, please open a bug report for this issue here so we can look into this further.
