I am trying to do a fountain how is this done?

You can only build fountains if they aren’t underneath anything and you can only build them on the ground floor. Whereas a pool you can build below ground inside a building etc... Neither of them allows you to build anything directly beneath them. The piece in the background comes with the romantic garden pack as do the other pieces included in the fountain. They are done by scaling up (making bigger) or scaling down (making smaller) and to be able to put the pieces in the fountain together, be sure to have bb.moveobjects cheat on. This way you can place the objects without there being an issue of placement. I hope this helped. I like to do a lot of builds so a lot of what’s done is pretty much playing around with stuff and figuring out what you can do and how to do it.
