i can’t play my game

I have had this same exact problem and I don’t have Realm of Magic. A few weeks ago my 4 year save file had started having this same issue pop up until one day the game crashed and the file was gone. I was very upset but I just assumed somehow the game file got corrupted. So I started a new save file and have been playing it for about two weeks and now the same error code 0 is popping up again. I have no bought any new content, my game is up to date, and I already tried the turning the join career off in neighborhood stories and nothing has worked. I’m really hoping there is a quick resolution for this issue as I really don’t want to start another new save file!
