I added another sim to my household, then my game frozen, it switched to menu mode & wouldn't let me click anything but It let me rotate & zoom. I've clicked every button but it still doesn't work. (I'm on PS4)

@Sterling404 I've seen this before where it seems like the cursor disappears. I think I just pressed the touchpad and the cursor came back. Is that similar? Did a game or console restart fix the issue?

@Sterling404 Do you have a mouse or keyboard plugged in to your console that's interfering with your controller?Do you have a mouse you can plug in to take control of the cursor? You can swap back to the controller afterwards.

Same problem for me, but my controller died and I can't click the ok either

I can't click on anything in CAS
