i had sims 4 on my laptop with EA. my laptop broke so i downloaded sims on my ps4 signed in to my ea account and noticed i didn’t have any packs that i have purchased in the past.

rhenruth Packs don't transfer between PC/Mac and console, or vice versa, or between XBox and Playstation for that matter. So if you want to play with this content, you'll need to buy it again or get another laptop; the latter may be cheaper, depending on how much content you own.
yeah i figured that out through customer service. i haven’t spent too much, but still. it’s crazy that i would have to buy it twice through the same EA account. makes me wanna stop playing and spend my money on it. i get that is different formats but i should be able to keep my packs on any device i use simply through my ea account. they’re excuse was the didn’t have the tools to transfer the data like that. you’re taking so many peoples money on packs alone. make the tools. it’s ridiculous.
