If i disconnect a PSN account from my EA account will i lose everything?

So i have two PSN accounts connected to my EA account. My account is McCannabido, and the other account rachelgolds0424 is someone elses. I am always signed in to mccannabido, i dont even have the rachelgolds account on my ps4. Despite only ever playing on my account, the game says im rachelgolds0424, as shown in the pic. How do i remove this account and if i do will i lose everything? My sims saved in my gallery, my save files, and the dlc packs that ive purchased?
