Island Living missing from PlayStation

In that case you'd want to get in contact with PlayStation support so they can review your billing and account details and see what's going on. 

I'm having the same issue and it won't let me purchase it renewed licence uninstalled tried everything it just keeps saying I own it and won't let me buy. Frustrating 

I’ve been playing on my ps5, and recently after i bought a few packs, i’ve noticed Sulani (island living) doesn’t show up and is still shown as locked on my account. A few days prior I was able to access it and play on it. The same with the gallery, it says my game isn’t updated to the newest update (it is, i’ve checked numerous times and restarted my play station) and im unable to place or access anything in the gallery. is anyone else having this issue?

If you had fully purchased this pack, you would still be able to access it even though it's been removed from the PS Plus catalog. If restoring your licenses didn't help, you'll want to get in contact with Sony support so they can look into your account and billing information a bit further. 

To say I am very upset (as a newer player) is an understatement. I bought the island living pack at full price, my dlc is gone; and my main family was living on the island. So the character I had put all my time into I can’t access????? How do I fix that, I don’t care if they loose the money from their very expensive home etc but I want my sim back atleast? Also since having paid full price for the dlc I figure we should either get to keep the dlc or you should refund us what we paid. I play on ps5. I now understand why so many people recommend playing on a PC. Yes I tried renewing license and all the stuff I’ve seen recommended, it did nothing. Help??

This is really weird. My favorite household is on the Island Living expansion pack. Since January I’ve spent way too many hours making my household absolutely perfect. While developing the skills of 5 different characters and building a perfect dream home. With plans to develop the entire island with different families and businesses and so on. You know how it goes. 

Today I log in and find a mysterious 3 new expansion packs in my library that I did not purchase. Among them Seasons, City Living, and one more that I can’t remember (Eco Living?). My precious Island Living oasis is showing up as absent. The see details button says “you already own this pack. But it isn’t showing up. It is listed with all of the add-ons in downloads for the game. But it’s not loading. I deleted the game and re-installed after and it does the same exact thing. 

I am perplexed because the 3 mentioned packs that were added, are a mystery. I purchased none of them. They’re all packs that I would love to engage with. But I did not purchase them. And this glitch is making it tough to play the game because if I play without saving on that lot it will be forever gone. Also 3 of the 5 characters have jobs and/or outfits/features specific to that pack. Long Live Makoa 💕

Is it Sims or is it one of the expansion packs? Island living was removed from PS plus, but if it's sims in general try restoring your licences 

I'm having a  issue with the PS4 versionof the Sims on my PS5. The game works in general, all except the Island Living expansion pack. I tried Uninstalling and re download but all the content is showing as locked but it also shows as purchased but gives the error message: "something went wrong " CE-109367-6. Been like this the last 2 days.

I've lost a whole build because of this. What is the point in offering any Sims 4 DLCs with a subscription for PS Plus if it's going to be taken away without warning? EA & Playstation are both failing on this. I've spent a fair amount of time & money on the Sims, but going through this for the second time now (City Living was the first - and I even paid for that afterwards because I thought I had done something to lose it) makes me not even want to play anymore.

what was the purpose of adding it just to take it off 😭😭💔
