Missing pack despite bundle purchase
I purchased the bundle. I have the tea time solarium in my b&b, but I don't have the regal treasures or silver screen items. I looked at my downloads and the silver screen pack shows installed. I play PS5.

Are you able to install the packs in the Royalty and Legacy bundle? If so, it might be worth restoring the license on your console before trying again.

I have installed royalty and legacy. I have restore licenses. I have the solarium AND now I have the silver screen kit, but no luck on the items in the regal treasures.

Great to hear that we're making some progress and the Silver Screen kit items are available now i2i9j1zjn7s0,
If you haven't already, could you please clear the EA App's cache and check your Add-ons to see if the Regal Treasure items are ready for installation there?
After that, if Regal Treasure still isn't anywhere to be seen, it'd be worth checking with live support to rule out account issues and make sure the proper entitlements have been granted.
