Issue with Saving my game Error code 21 and 34

After the recent update, I am experiencing issues with saving my game. Every time I click save or do a new save file I am receiving one of the two errors noted in the subject line. (Error Code 21 and or 34) Please advise if this is notable recent issue and how can it be resolved so that I can play the game.
