hi all ever since this recent update my sims 4 game on console has not been opening. It just gets stuck on the loading screen. No amount of closing the app and opening it , restarting the console is changing this. Is this a console issue or a game issue?
I have this issue on xbox. Launching a different game first, then quit and then start sims 4 fixes it for me. It's annoying that I have to do that each time though :(

What if you don’t have any other games downloaded to use this method have any other advice to get the game to pass the loading screen
