First, let's try the steps here:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
If you're still not able to download this kit, please look over the transaction history on your PS account to verify that you're logging in with the same account you had originally purchased this kit on.
