Items to some packs not loading
I just went into my game, and it shows I have the Get Together pack installed in my game, but all the content to it is no longer in my save file. When I go into Create a Sim and filter it to just show just get together, it shows there are no results found.

Just to confirm, are those packs installed? You can check by following the steps below:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
Afterward, please check whether they're activated in-game by navigating to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection. If the packs are deactivated, select them and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them.If this is something you're only encountering today, it could potentially be related to the ongoing Xbox outage. If the above steps don't work, you may need to try again once the outage is addressed.
