Keep going offline and packs pop ups

Whenever I open up the sims 4 my game keeps showing me all of the packs I have brought like I didn’t have them before and now it’s saying “go online now” and when I press connect it’s saying my EA account is not linked so when I press link it kicks me off of the game and the same thing just happens over and over again. Also this is quite annoying as I’ve just purchased Moola and I and can’t see or use it because of the game not working.
