Lady Bridge Event robbed?

Ive logged in everyday. Couldn't claim the items but it would collect all the days, eventually 3/3 on all 4 weeks- I thought maybe eventually itll just payout after a fix- but instead im back to completely zero with only 14 days left???? Feeling kinda robbed but alright. I know we got a buncha new updates and such but you'd think they'd be ontop of this issue with how many people have other issues revolving around the same thing?
